Yes, we clean carpets. Please let us know that you need carpet cleaning while making End of Tenancy booking or After Builders Cleaning, because we do not bring carpet cleaner without notice.

Our cleaners can bring cleaning supplies, therefore while making the booking you can request us to bring cleaning supplies at an additional charge of £5 per cleaning. Our Regular Cleaners can only bring following supplies.

We provide superior quality End of Tenancy Cleaning in London and our supervisors are BICS trained. You don’t have to worry about anything after booking End of Tenancy cleaning with us. Our team comes in a van with their own equipment and supplies including hoover and mop, so that you don’t have to worry about it. We work in teams to provide high quality cleaning services. Our End of Tenancy team can bring following supplies.

Yes you can, but we cannot guarantee it, just in case they are sick or unable to come due to personal reasons. Our cleaners are trained and we will tell them about your special instructions before they visit, so you will get a great clean every time even if there is a change.

As soon as you book the cleaner you will receive an email notification confirming the booking. We will send you the contact details of your cleaners as soon as we will assign them. This will allow you to know ahead of time the person that is coming to clean. You can also speak to your cleaner and give them instructions in case you are going away.

You pay online securely using your debit or credit card. We charge your card only for the 1st booking, once the booking has been completed. If you book a cleaner on weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, we will deduct the fees for the 1st booking at the time of the booking and consequently just before your next booking we will charge your card automatically for each cleaning service.

Yes your card details are totally secure. We are using Stripe.com as our payment gateway. Stripe has earned a PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available for this type of service.

Regrettably we do not accept cash payments. Credit and debit cards are the only accepted forms of payments.

No it is not necessary; you can leave the keys with your cleaners at your own discretion. Please note, Mr Banana App is not responsible for the exchange and/or return of keys between you and your cleaner. Once we assign you the cleaner, please speak to them and let them know that you are leaving the keys for them and any other instructions you think are important.

Cancellation charges for End of Tenancy Cleaning within 48 hours prior to the booking will be 100% of the booking fees.

We understand things are unpredictable and you may have to cancel the booking. Therefore, if you cancel the Regular booking 24 hours prior we will charge you £20 for Regular Cleaning.

We are available from Monday – Saturday between 10 am – 6 pm.

By logging into the site, select profile and update address. This will ensure we can get you a cleaner at your home address. We assign cleaners based on your home address. Please keep your records updated.

We take pride in providing exceptional quality service. We are sure the cleaning will please you, but just in case you think cleaning is not up to your satisfaction. Please contact our team and we will come back and do it for Free.

The minimum numbers of hours are 3 hours.

All our cleaners are self employed and they are supposed to buy their own insurance. Please note we do not track if our cleaners have insurance. Mr Banana is a platform connecting cleaners with clients. In the unlikely event that your property is damaged due to the cleaner or where an insurance claim is deemed necessary, the following steps should be followed:

Speak to your cleaner: Discuss the matter with your cleaner and try to come to a resolution.

Personal House insurance: If you are not able to come to an appropriate resolution with your cleaner then look to your house insurance to claim for any damages.

Mr Banana insurance: mrbananaapp.com has insurance for extreme cases. However this will only apply when the customer has attempted the first two resolution paths unsuccessfully.

We do provide end of tenancy cleaning but do not bring our own equipment such as Vacuum Cleaner, Mop or Bucket. We do not do carpet cleaning as part of end of tenancy cleaning. Please chat with our customer service expert on our website.
